This week I met with Racquel, she is a representative from Jamaica and I am so happy I met with her for this week’s destination episode! I loved learning all about what they have to offer!

Here is the video for you to see ‘

And now I will highlight all the items that stood out me and I want to share with you. Jamaica is 4,411 square miles and they have a population of 2.7 million people. So, it is a good sized island and it is very diverse. It is known for their coffee, of course Reggae music (Bob Marley merchandise is everywhere!) And of course, their Jerk Sauce. My husband had some authentic Jerk Chicken there and it was so delicious and spicy! He loved it. Of course.. Usain Bolt! The gold metal Olympian runner!

They have some rules in place right now due to COVID. You need to have done the following:
You have to fill out some forms at least 5 days prior to your arrival.
Then you need to have received a confirmation in return. Do NOT depart until you have their response back. you need to show it on arrival.
You will be screened as you deplane. You might need additional screening, but that is at the discretion of the Ministry of Health.
You must stay at your hotel, you can not switch hotels at this time.
